The Pines is now State Approved for In House Nurse Aide Training Program

Formally named “Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program” (NATCEP). This training takes place through our nursing home in Ronan. What does this mean?

This means our Facilities have been approved to do in house training for all of our employees to get their CNA aka Certified Nurse Assistant to once again go the extra mile to make sure our residents are safe and cared for by those who have  received special training and education to care for them. Have we mentioned that we pay for the certification as well as the time they spend getting the certification? That’s right we cover the cost completely because that is how much we believe in our employees and understand the importance of Investing in our Resident’s Safety.
